Description: A Fertilizer Company is planning to reduce the energy
consumption of its Ammonia and Urea units from 8.73 Gcal/MT to 8.40 Gcal/MT and
6.75 Gcal/MT to 6.45 Gcal/MT respectively in India. The capacity of the ammonia
plant is 1045 MTPD and the urea capacity is 1000 MTPD. The equipment
requirements are 2 nos of GTG with a capacity 25 MW (ISO Rating), 2 nos of HRSG
with a capacity 65 TPH, Replacement of turbine for the Benfield Solution Pump in
Ammonia with new motor, De-aerator (2 nos.) with HP BFW Pump motor set 2 x
(1+1), One PRDS system for 12 ata to 4.5 ata in the Ammonia plant, Modification
in Power Distribution System. Enviroment clearance is awaited and it will take
about three months 8Project
Event: The selection process for the LSTK contractor is on and
techno-commercial discussion is completed and price bid is likely to be open in
February 2018. No environmental clearance is needed in this case before price
bid will be opened.

Description: A Fertilizer company is planning to reduce the energy
consumption of Ammonia and Urea units from 8.20 Gcal/MT to 7.70 Gcal/MT and 5.79
Gcal/MT to 5.33 Gcal/MT respectively in India. The capacity of the ammonia plant
is 3500 MTPD and the urea capacity is 6060 MTPD. There is also as 30 MW of
Captive Power Plant in the complex. The equipment requirements are Process Air
Compressor (PAC), Gas Turbine, Heat Recovery Steam Generation, Pumps, Pipes,
among others. Environment clearance has not been received. 8Project
Event: EOI has already been released for an LSTK contractor in November
2017, Bid submission date is extended from 29 November to 14 Dec 2017 due to

in the race for an energy saving project of National Fertilizer Ltd at its
Fertilizer Complex in India. The project consultant is PDIL. There is a
requirement for Compressor, Gas Turbine, Air Intake System, Filters, Centrifugal
Fans, Pumps, HRSG and its Auxiliaries, Heat Exchanger Shell and Tube, Pressure
Vessel, Dosing Pump, Motorised Agitator, Generator, Excitation System, Relay
Panels, Generator Control Panels, 11KV Switch Gear, 3.3 KV Switch Gear, DC
System, Battery Charger, 11KV/ 11.5KV Generator Transformer,11KV /3.3KV
Transformer, 11KV /415V Transformer, Low Voltage Switch Gear, HV Motors, Control
Panels, Neutral Earthing Resistor, Light fitting of each Type & Rating, Fire
Detecting System, LV Motors, PA Systems, Capacitor bank, LCS, Annunciator panel,
