8Already the  total cost of operation (includes EMI, depreciated battery replacement cost, fuel cost and annual permits) of electric two wheelers are cheaper than internal combustion drive counterparts.
8Then again, the total cost of operation of three wheelers is cheaper when battery operated in comparison to the internal combustion drive, but more importantlly, they are cheaper than using CNG.
8The projections until 2024 are showing internal combustion vehicles are going to remain cheaper in terms of total cost of operations on a non-subsidized basis but there is a high probability of the taxi fleets of aggregator converting to electric driven formats as they will be eligible for subsidies and their higher annual running will improve affordability
8All of this is going to impinge on demand for both CNG as well as petrol and diesel.
