8Project Name: Panchmahal District City Gas Distribution
8Project Cost: Rs 200 crore
8Project Description: Gujarat Gas Limited, has been granted permission on July 7, 2016, has set up a CGD network in Panchmahal district of Gujarat. The entity won the project under the 6th CGD bidding round. The CGD network has a coverage area of 3304 sq. km.
For an overall timeframe of 5 years, GGL is expected to provide 15191 piped natural gas connections and lay 1189 inch-km of steel pipeline. The first phase of the project has been implemented and the second phase of the expansion is being undertaken now.
Gas is being drawn from GSPL's Jamnagar- Darod- Koyali High Pressure Pipeline Network Pipeline through a spur line to Halol.
