8The two projects are now progressing independently.
8The project is envisaged to be implemented in hybrid mode: Inside Battery Limit  jobs are envisaged through LSTK mode of execution while Outside Battery Limit (OSBL part such as tanks interconnections, utilities) is to be through the conventional mode. PFR has been prepared by IOCL itself on the basis of which TOR was granted for one unit but returned for the other. Find out more
