POL consumption goes up again in October, 2017-I: Petrol, diesel demand up

Indian fossil fuel consumption has gone up sharply in October, 2016.
8After declining in September, demand has seen a 6% upsurge in October
8This has been aided by a sharp 13.8% rise in in petrol and a 5.1% growth in diesel consumption.
8Naphtha consumption grew marginally by 1.7% but FO/LSHS growth was more rapid, at 11.7%, whereas ATF saw a jump of 9.9%
